At Loan Planet, we are committed to making sure there are absolutely NO surprises, no "bait and switch tactics" and no "Oops, I forgot to tell you about.." at settlement!

Line items 800 - 823 on your "Good Faith Estimate" are the most important and variable costs associated with your mortgage.  These fees are dramatically different from lender to lender.  These line items usually consist of fees such as;  application fees, commitment fees, wire fees, tax service fees, flood fees, processing fees and "junk" fees.  Lenders also charge origination and discount points here too.  If there are "bait and switch" or "Oops" fees, they are always found on lines 800-823.  These fees can add up to A LOT of money!

Loan Planet's fees are low, and in most cases, lower than any of our competitors.  We fully disclose all line item 800-823 fees in writing on our "Good Faith Estimate" and have you sign it.  Should anything change during the course of your loan processing, we will fully re-disclose any changes to your estimate in writing. 

When you go to settlement, we guarantee your line item 800-823 settlement fees will exactly match our "Good Faith Estimate" to you.  If they don't, we will pay you the difference!  That's our promise to you!
